Stairwell upgrade
A complete flooring and stairwell transformation, beginning with the removal of existing carpet and preparation of the subfloor. The stair profile was refined by cutting back the bullnose, allowing for the installation of custom-made stair nosings produced in collaboration with a specialist subcontractor. Engineered timber flooring was installed to a high standard, and the project was finished with a full repaint of the stairwell, delivering a cohesive, modern result.
Bathroom Renovation
A full bathroom transformation, starting with a complete demolition and reconfiguration of the internal layout, including removal of existing walls. All plumbing and electrical works were managed in collaboration with trusted, licensed subcontractors. The rebuild included new flooring, high-quality waterproofing, and precision tiling and grouting. The project was finished with a custom-built vanity, resulting in a refined, modern bathroom tailored to the space
